I placed an order on the evening of June 12th and have been thinking I was the victim of online fraud after receiving no information about my order whatsoever, and no response to my email inquiry. Only after digging around your website for 20 minutes for some sort of contact info did I stumble across this information buried in your BLOG! Why wouldn't you inform a customer of this delay when placing an order? This is clearly a very amateur operation from which I will not order again and I sincerely hope my order arrives promptly when this "business" returns from vacation.
