Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected.
Gift wrapping and gift certificates: Gift wrapping is available for $5.00. Gift certificates are available in multiple denominations here.
Shipping: We ship within the continental United States, United Kingdon, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland via UPS or USPS. Baby Laundry Boutique assumes no responsibility for items shipped when insurance is not purchased and the package becomes lost, undeliverable or in some instances stollen. The United States Postal Service and UPS ship thousands upon thousands of packages each and every day with state of the art tracking techniques that allows up to the minute tracking of your packages. Unfortunately, packages do not always arrive at the proper destination for various reasons and become lost or stollen. Baby Laundry Boutique urges its customers to purchase shipping insurance that is offered at checkout to assure your package arrives in a timely and safe manner. Express Next Day Shipping:
Orders received and scheduled for next day delivery within the continental United States must be received and processed on or before 12:00 pm PST (M-F) to actually be delivered the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST (M-F) will be scheduled for express delivery the next business day. If you have a special delivery request, we invite you to phone our customer service department to make special arrangments for your delivery.
International Orders:
We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Norway, Spain, Sweeden and Switzerland. **Free shipping does not apply to any international order.**
Important Information for our International Customers:
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges. We encourage all international shoppers to read the following information posted by The United States Postal Service.
Packages being shipped to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong, Japan, Norway, Spain Sweeden Switzerland and the United Kingdom ship via USPS Global Priority and may take from 4-7 business days to arrive.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Baby Laundry Boutique, we will happily accept a return within 14 days after you received the item for a complete refund, less shipping cost. No returns, exchanges, or store credit after 30 days from our ship date.
Items must be returned to Baby Laundry in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all TAGS attached. Without the manufacturer tags we will not be able to issue you a refund.
The following items are not returnable merchandise – handmade and custom items, personalized items bathing suits and bath and body products.
Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise.
When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return.
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Baby Laundry Boutique.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after item is received. You will receive a notification by email to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.
Please note that you should always insure your package and get a tracking number before returning items. We recommend using UPS to ship your items back to us.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged only within California. If your shipment is going outside of California, we will not charge sales tax. Baby Laundry Boutique charges 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.
